We have a strong team with many different interests and expertise. Two staff members like to keep the garden interesting and share knowledge with the children growing things and planting with them. Three staff members are interested in speech and language and are working at activities to develop communication in the setting and working with the local Speech and Language Team. We have staff who are good at cooking and are good at art and creative activities.   Everyone is friendly and approachable.

The staff at Stepping Stones are led by Donna Peters, the preschool’s manager and her deputy, Hayley Frear and assistant deputy Sarah Selby. All staff have the required safeguarding checks and are fully qualified at the level appropriate to their roles having level 3 in early years education. Donna and Hayley Frear have completed their early years Level 5 apprenticeships.
